Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your ticket for a refund with a 50% fee up to 14 days before the date and time of the event. Requests of cancellation after the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund although eligible for a reschedule for that same class. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. No call, no shows will NOT be refunded or rescheduled. When registering for any of our classes on the site, you agree to these terms when clicking "I agree" at the time of check out. This applies to all tickets.
