Multi-State CCW - Utah and Arizona March 26th, 2022

Join us for our 4-hour Multi-State Non-resident Utah and Arizona CCW Class!

**Applicants must already have their California CCW permit or in the process of obtaining one**

 Class Requirements

• Driver License (2 photo copies) 
• Passport quality photo in color 
• $15 classroom fee

*Application will be completed during the class, fingerprint services are completed during this session as a part of the class fee

What States does it cover? 

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Utah

(These do not include the states your California CCW covers)

Utah CCW Fees  

A non-refundable fee of $63.25 must be included with your application. Utah will accept personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Checks and money orders need to be payable to the “Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification.”

Arizona CCW Fees

A fee of $60 must be included with your application. Arizona will accept cashier's check, money orders and certified checks payable to “AZ DPS” (Arizona Department of Public Safety).

**These are costs go toward your permit applications, separate from our class. These fees are NOT included in the class fees paid during registration for this course**
